Help Build the Future of Driver Mobility
uDrive is looking for enthusiastic, professional drivers to become Regional Ambassadors in cities across the United States.
Regional Ambassadors help us grow local driver communities by introducing qualified drivers to the uDrive platform and serving as trusted representatives in their region.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for drivers who want to play an active role in helping shape the future of uDrive.
Responsibilities
- Represent uDrive positively within your local driver community.
- Represent uDrive positively on social media driver community.
- Introduce and refer qualified drivers to the platform.
- Answer general questions when a new driver wants to know more about uDrive.
- Participate in occasional online Ambassador meetings.
- Communicate directly with uDrive’s Engineering and Research team.
- Provide feedback from your region to the uDrive team.
- Help build a welcoming and supportive driver community.
- Promote uDrive through your professional network and local events when opportunities arise.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be at least 25 years old.
- Have an approved uDrive driver account.
- Maintain a professional attitude and positive communication style.
- Be fluent in English including reading and writing.
- Be in good standing with uDrive.
- Demonstrate integrity and reliability.
- Be responsive to communications with the uDrive team.
- Have a genuine interest in helping other drivers succeed.
- Be active within their local community or professional network.
- Have clean past history or records and provide background check documents.
Previous leadership, mentoring, rideshare, hospitality, transportation, tourism, or community-building experience is a plus, but not required.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and efficient Senior Back-End Developer who can take full ownership of our server-side platform. You will work directly with the founding team to design, build, and scale the foundational systems that power our mobile and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
● API Development: Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable API to support all mobile and web functionalities.
● System Architecture: Build the core backend logic for secure user authentication, driver/rider profiles, and the processing of background security check documents.
● Booking & Scheduling: Develop an efficient booking and scheduling system, including logic for driver search filters and ride matching.
● Geo-location Services: Implement server-side logic for maps and geo-location to handle real-time tracking of drivers and riders.
● Payment & Transactions: Integrate and manage back-end systems for in-app payments (Stripe, PayPal, or similar), insurance plan selection, and transaction history.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and efficient Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our production deployments and infrastructure. You will work directly with the founding and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems that power our core products. Your expertise will be crucial in building the foundation for our future growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Production Deployment: Design and manage the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline for our mobile app backends and web portal, automating deployments to ensure fast and reliable releases.
● Infrastructure Management: Build and scale our cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to support real-time geo-location, chat, and payment systems.
● Containerization: Implement and manage container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistency and portability across development, staging, and production environments.
● Monitoring & Security: Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

We are looking for a highly experienced and efficient Senior Front-End Developer who can take full ownership of building our user-facing applications. You will work directly with the founding team to create a seamless product that connects riders and drivers on both mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Mobile App Development: Lead the development of our cross-platform mobile app using either React Native or Flutter, ensuring a high-performance, unified experience on both Android and iOS.
● Web Portal Development: Build the user-facing web portal for drivers and passengers, creating a comprehensive experience to complement the mobile app.
● Feature Integration: Implement and integrate core front-end features, including secure user authentication (UI/UX), dynamic profiles, and a smooth booking & scheduling system with driver search filters.

Your expertise will be crucial in creating an elegant and accessible interface for both our mobile app and web portal.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Design: Lead the entire UX/UI design process, from initial user research and concept ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final hand-off to the development team.
● User-Centered Approach: Conduct user interviews, create personas, and perform usability testing to gather insights that inform and validate design decisions.
● Prototyping & Wire framing: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for key features, including secure user authentication, driver/rider profiles, booking systems, and in-app payments.

Social Marketing and content Manager
About Us
uDrive is a mobility ride hailing startup based in tech hub Silicon Valley, California. We’re launching our pilot in the San Francisco Bay Area soon, and upon getting traction with plans to expand in major cities in USA and eventually globally.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Marketing and Content Manager to help us build excitement for uDrivebefore launch. This role is about creating simple, attractive contents, growing our followers, and working with travel vloggers and influencers to spread the word. Your work will help travelers around the world hear about uDrive and sign–up with our product to get great benefits that we are offering.
Key Responsibilities
• Create social posts, images, short Ai generated videos, banners, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan and schedule posts to keep our pages active and interesting and engaging.
• Grow our followers and build a friendly online community.
• Search for travel vloggers, influencers, and content creators in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
• Contact influencers and make simple, affordable deals so they can promote uDrive.
• Track results (followers, clicks, and signups) and share updates with the team.
• Work together with the CEO to make sure the contents match uDrive’s brand and vision and the message.
• Create user awareness, engage and interact with potential users and get feedback.
• Collaborate with our UXR / UX / UI designers when necessary.
Requirements
• Experience in social media, influencer outreach, or growth marketing.
• Able to create engaging content (basic design, video editing, or using AI tools).
• Knowledge about marketing strategies, methodologies and how public awareness works
• Good understanding of how to grow audiences on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Comfortable reaching out to influencers and making intro meetings with uDrive for deals.
• Independent, creative, and motivated to grow something from the very beginning.
What We Offer
• This is Part time work (full time optional)
• You will not be a typical employee; instead you will be company partner in this role.
• As our startup is in a very early stage, we all are vesting ourselves with industry standard 4:1 cliff including you (founding members). This role will own a big chunk of highly valuable company shares, commonly known as stock option pool. This share value will keep increasing rapidly over time as company grows. The main reason we are offering this is because we are building this product without funding by investors. Once we get our product launched and traction gained, we will accept Venture Capital funding.
• Once we get funding, we all will start getting salaries including this role. Salaries will be determined reasonably by maintaining US standards and roles.
• Health, PTO and other benefits will be provided as well once salary initiates.
• In addition, this role will get cash bonus of $ 1,000 for every one thousand customer sign-ups through your efforts, paid end of the current month (without waiting for funding).
• Flexible working hours (remote) but quick communication, response will be expected.
• Silicon Valley, California based or US based candidates are preferred, however if you are outside of United States, and have strong social marketing and content creation background and have good alignment with the requirements, we encourage you to apply if you find interest in joining our Silicon Valley based startup as a founding member.
